Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your planned tour with us the following refund policy is in place. We will require an email with your intention to cancel to be sent at your earliest convenience to:

7 days or less cancellation time - zero refund will be issued
7-30 days - 50% of the total cost of the tour
Over 30 days - 100% refund

All refunds will be issued via the initial payment method that was received minus any overseas transaction fees.

Can I bring a companion?

Is there an obligation to purchase?

No obligation whatsoever. The tour provides access, expertise, and opportunities — purchasing decisions are entirely yours. Many collectors make significant acquisitions, while others simply enjoy the experience and connections.

How does shipping work?

We coordinate everything with specialized antique shippers who handle documentation, packing, and international transport. Shipping costs are separate and vary by item size and destination, but we manage all logistics on your behalf.
