To reserve a place, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required with the full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. Upon application we will contact you to obtain deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your planned tour with us the following refund policy is in place. We will require an email with your intention to cancel to be sent at your earliest convenience to:

  • 7 days or less cancellation time - zero refund will be issued
  • 7-30 days - 50% of the total cost of the tour
  • Over 30 days - 100% refund

All refunds will be issued via the initial payment method that was received minus any overseas transaction fees.
